What’s included in hosting?
Managed hosting on a dedicated VPS (not shared hosting), automatic SSL certificates, uptime monitoring, daily backups, and security patches. Your site runs on fast, reliable infrastructure — not a $5/month shared server.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
No problem. Overage hours are billed at $100/hr in monthly arrears. You’ll always know before we exceed your plan hours.
Can I cancel my retainer?
Yes, with 30 days notice. You own your code and data — we’ll help you transition to self-hosting or another provider if you choose to leave.
Do I own my code?
Yes, 100%. You own every line of code, your domain, your data, and your hosting account. No lock-in, no proprietary CMS, no hostage situations.
How do payments work?
Build projects: 50% upfront to begin, 50% at launch. Monthly retainers: billed on the 1st of each month. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
What about the Founding Client program?
The first 5 clients get 60–70% off build fees and discounted retainers for 24 months. In exchange, we ask for a testimonial and permission to feature your project in our portfolio.
