1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, book a discovery call, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, and a description of your project needs. We collect this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

We use a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics system that collects anonymous usage data without cookies and without collecting personally identifiable information (PII). This includes aggregate page view counts, referring URLs (the page that linked you to our Site), and general traffic trends. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts on our public-facing pages.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Services

If you make a payment through our Site (for example, paying an invoice or quote), your payment information is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe may provide us with limited transaction information such as the last four digits of your card, the transaction amount, and billing address. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide requested services; send project-related communications such as proposals, invoices, status updates, and appointment confirmations; process payments through our third-party payment processor; improve our Site’s performance and user experience through anonymous analytics; comply with legal obligations under applicable state and federal law; and protect against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access to our systems.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our public-facing website does not set tracking cookies. Our analytics system operates without cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. If you access authenticated areas of our Site (such as a client portal or admin dashboard), we use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your login state. 5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of any potential business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. Anonymous analytics data is retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission via TLS/SSL, secure server infrastructure, role-based access controls with optional two-factor authentication, and regular security updates.
